The University came into existence in 2013 by combining four separate educational entities belonging to the MS Ramaiah group. MS Ramaiah University Fee structure

Candidates desirous of seeking admission at the University are required to submit a duly filled in registration form along with demand draft for Rs. 1,000/- in the name of “MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences” towards application fee that is non-refundable.

Ramaiah University fee structure mandates the applicants to pay a registration fee of Rs. 50,000/- for B.Tech program and Rs. 10,000 for other Bachelor degrees in the name of ‘MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences". In the event of successful admission, the amount will be adjusted against the annual tuition fee payable by the applicant. If the candidate is unable to qualify for admission, the amount will be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of Rs. 3,000/- based on a request in writing from the candidate.

Ramaiah University fee structure is made up of Tuition Fee and Student Facilities fee payable on an annual basis. In addition, the University charges a refundable Caution Deposit of Rs. 10,000/-, yearly examination fee of Rs. 5000 plus Rs. 5,000 towards Convocation fee in the final academic year. There is an Alumni Fee that will be payable as and when applicable.

MS Ramaiah fee structure stipulates the fees under NRI quota to be paid in US Dollars based on the average exchange rate or the exchange rate applicable on the date of payment, whichever is higher.
The admission categories defined by the University are the ‘University Seats', ‘CET/PGCET' and ‘NRI/Foreign Quota’.

The Master of Dental Surgery’s applicants are admissible under ‘University Seats' category and ‘Government Seats' category, the fee for which will be as defined by the Government of Karnataka. All the other postgraduate programs are admissible under ‘University Seats', PGCET and NRI/Foreign Quota.

Ramaiah College Bangalore fees structure for MDS degree does not stipulate payment of registration fee. For all the other Postgraduate programs of MBA, M.Sc, M.Com, and M.Tech programs there is a registration fee of Rs. 10,000/- that is mandatory. Only for Master of Hospitality Management, the registration fee is fixed at Rs. 25,000/-.

Admission for Doctoral programs is permissible under ‘Indian National’ and NRI/Foreign categories. The applicants will have to pay an application registration fee of Rs. 1000/- and the fee structure includes only tuition fees. No additional charges are applicable.

MSRIT fee structure for all the programs is announced at the beginning of the admission process (generally in the month of March of a year) on the official website of the Institution.

MS Ramaiah Engineering college admission process commences with receipt of application forms filled in detail by the applicants. Applicants applying for B.E. programs are required to have passed 10+2 or PUC from Karnataka State Board or equivalent with Mathematics and Physics as mandatory subjects with optional subject Biology/ Computer Science/Electronics/ Biotechnology/Chemistry with a minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC categories). The candidates must have passed one of the COMEDK/KEA entrance exams. Ramaiah Institute of Technology Bangalore admission for M.Tech programs mandates applicants to have a 4-year Bachelor degree (BE/B.Tech) in the relevant stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST & Category -1 applicants from Karnataka).  Academics

MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. The undergraduate degrees on the offer are BHM, B.Pharm, BDS, BBA, B.Sc (Hons), B.Com (Hons), B.Tech and B.Des. The postgraduate degrees that students can pursue are M.Des, M.Tech, M.Sc, M.Com, MBA in Hospitality Management, MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, MBA in Pharma Business Management, MHA, M.Pharm, and MDS. Admissions

Engineering Admission in Ramaiah University requires applicants to have the minimum cut-off marks in the last qualifying exam, a valid test score from the entrance tests conducted by thestate/government agencies, like CET/PGCET/GATE/COMEDK.

The eligibility criteria for the 2-year MBA program offered at M.S. Ramaiah University mandates the applicants to submit proof of achieving an aggregate of minimum 50% for all the 3 years of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Institution. An entrance test score from PGCET conducted by the Government of Karnataka through Karnataka Examination Authority is mandatory to apply for the MBA program. Applicants who do not have the qualifying marks and/or the entrance test score as stipulated may apply for MBA Direct Admission in Ramaiah University under the category of Management Quota.

Students applying for an undergraduate (B.Pharm) and postgraduate (M. Pharm) degrees in Pharmacy are expected to appear for the Karnataka Examination Authority organized entrance tests CET and PGCET respectively.
